What exactly is fulfillment, relationship and otherwise?

How do you define fulfillment, do you think you have it, what would you tell those who don't? What is a fulfilling relationship and is it possible?
As a guy of 28, would be interested to know what a womans requirements would be from a man.

I would define absolute fulfillment as being so content with the status quo, you don't want anything to change or need anything to improve. Personally, I'm incredibly happy and content in my relationship - and life in general - but I'm not 100% fulfilled with either, there are always improvements that can be made both in terms of personal development and sanding the rougher edges of our relationship.

I'm sure my basic requirements from a man would be much the same as your requirements from a woman; fidelity, respect, trust, partnership, honesty, kindness, sexual/emotional/intellectual attraction, etc, etc. :)
