Lost Picture On DTT?

Has anyone else lost the picture from the DTT tests? It was working fine on Thursday but since Friday it is gone and I now only receive audio. I receive the tests from the Dungarvan transmitter.

Seems to have changed something in dungarvan a friend for mine has metabox and he was saying it can take over one minute for channels to come on since friday.
