UPC Keeps Freezing !!!

Ok this is very annoying when i'm watching TV. The feed freezes every few mins or even less sometimes. Is this something i should ring upc about or do i just have to live with it? even when i record stuff, that freezes too. :mad: I always had Sky and boy do i miss it but i'm not allowed a dish outside. its far superior.
