Ok. I am incredibly confused about this..

My situation is I am 22 and have an ordinary degree and I have also been unemployed for the past 12 months.
I hope to study a 1yr top up course in london to bring my ordinary degree up to an honours one, is there any support out there for someone in my situation?

    All help greatly appreciated.

I will also be 23/a mature student when applying for the course, not sure if that makes any difference

As far as I know you can get the normal maintenance grant while studying in England.

This link should be of use.

This part in particular is relevant to you,

"Remember that schemes such as the maintenance grant and the Fund for Students with Disabilities can ‘follow’ eligible Irish students to approved courses/colleges in the European Union."
