Simon Cowell is obviously seriously rattled at the way in which this year's XF has been virtually turned on it's head with the overwhelming impact of Jedward, and the corresponding lack of impact on the part of the eleven other acts. If Jedward had been on last year's series instead, i think they would have been out in the third week[the big band night - or even before] Now, Cowell is to make several changes for next year's season, including, it is rumoured, allowing aauditions again in Ireland.
On the other hand, if ITV doesn't pay him enough, he might take his X factor ball off the pitch, and go to the US with it.

I'm sure it's going to become a better quality program as a result.

X Factor was the biggest thing on TV this year. Any rumors of its demise are complete and utter ****e. Jedward or no Jedward it still would have been massive. Im not a fan of the show but the only thing Simon Cowell needs to worry about is where to hide his millions.

Nah Jedward are the only reason this years X Factor was watchable. There wouldn't have been half as much hype if they weren't put thorugh, everyone else was so boring in it....

Lucie and Rachel were far from boring! Cheryl and Dannii were watchable too...

Cheryl is ALWAYS watchable!;) Dannii was really annoying tbh. I think she's leaving now isn't she? Lucie was good yeah but Rachel wreaked my head especially at the final when she just stole the mic from Joe....wtf?

Have to agree, I couldnt stand that grace jones wannabe! Painful! I reckon she grabbed the mic in order to try and get in his video (you know the way they always use some of the "live footage" from the final for the vid) - sad cow! Joe just wanted her off him!

I agree, tad uncalled for! Anyone else reckon Joe will be comming out of the big pink fluffy closet any time soon!
