I bought this dress and its fab but I have no idea what colour shoes and accessories to put with it,the obvious would be gold but i'm not a huge fan of gold shoes as they can sometimes look cheap!!

Perhaps a beige? Like the Christian Louboutin Style ones?

If they're too costly, try something similar?

What a gorgeous dress! I love the colour.

How about silver shoes/accessories? A pair of strappy silver sandals would look really nice with it :) And maybe a delicate looking silver chain or bracelet? I think if you were to wear too many accessories with the dress it would take away from the look of it.

Thanks it was the colour I fell in love with!!! :)
I was thinking Silver too but wasn't sure, i have a very delicate silver Tiffanys bracelet so I was thinking just that and no chain so as not to take away from the dress as you said!

I love Christian Louboutin shoes, I have a black pair but the budget will not stretch to a beige pair too...beige might be nice though in a cheaper alternative!!!

    Thanks for the advice :)

Love that dress. I debated between that one and the Katherine Heigl one!

I had a dress in a similar colour. I wore it with a pair strappy peep toes. They were a combo of of bronzey, goldy, browns (sounds awful). I had a cream fur stole and wore pearls.

Silver sounds fab esp if you have the bracelet. I bought a little silver bag in Oasis two Xmas's ago. I've seen similar ones since.

I was the same I loved the Katherine Heigl one too and it was one or the other but I wore red last year so wanted something different coz people would think I just wore the same dress and its a posh event that would be frowned upon

I never thought of Pearls thats a good idea too and I have a cream fur stole since last xmas...great idea thanks :)

Thank you for posting that link! I adored that dress when I saw that film and delighted that there is such a good looky likey out there. Now I just need an occasion to wear it :(.

I would go for silver strappy sandals with that dress, I think anything with a closed toe would be too 'clunky' with such a delicate floaty dress.
