    i've £650 sterling... i was looking to get a sterling draft... but the bank wants to buy the sterling off me, turn in into euro, then turn it back into sterling... and charge me €30!

    now i know the bank has to make a profit... but that's just ridiculus, seeing as they're going to be making another profit selling the sterling they just bought off me.

    so i was just wondering, seeing as there's so many people going up the north for their christmas shopping.... does anyone wanna do a straight swap, € for £.

    at the current rate.

    Try posting on our sister site, adverts.ie. People may well question the authencity of the sterling though.

    There is no selling of goods allowed on boards.
