Hi, Salary negotiations are coming up and i was just wondering if anyone knows what the going rate is for a trainee with 7 months left on their contract and has completed all exams successfully. On an ACA contract so have worked 3 years. Any info appreciated.

Check the institute website they ususally have salary surveys up somewhere. I know ACCA have one.

Failing that, try a few of the recruitment webistes e.g. brightwater or accountancy solutions.
