    Good Morning,

Hope some one can help me.

I have a lump sum in the UK that I need to get transfered to me here in ireland. Its quite a large amount, and I'm looking for the cheapest way to do it. The UK bank is Barclays and my Irish bank is Perm TSB.

    Any one have any thoughts?

    Thanks a million,

    Phil

Check the fees/charges and rate from your own bank first - get them to give you a quote for the transfer. Then get a quote from one or more of the online brokers.
