Chirstmas Exams next week and a comparitive question on Truman Show and The Tempest is coming up.
We haven't spent much time in class comparing them, so we're being thrown into the deep end a bit.
Anyone have good comparisions between both?

Well, you know the points you compare them on don't have to agree? i.e., you don't have to say a character from one is the same as the other. Contrast is just as important.

It's hard to help if you don't know what mode of comparison are you using - cultural context, theme, literary genre or general vision and viewpoint?

TBH, he hasn't specified. I think it's just a general compare/contrast question not from papers.
Has anyone studies both? Any good ways of opening and ending?

Jim Carrey is in one, but not the other
