I am upgrading my sky box and going to switch to the HD+.
Is it possible to download all/some of the programs I have recorded on the old sky+ box to an external harddrive or Pc? and how would I go about it?

Apologies if this has been asked before.

    Thanks,

    O.

Benn asked millions of times, still not sure if there's any easy answer yet. Those USB slots do nothing in case you eyed them up like I did the first time I saw them.
I bought a screen grabber from an electronic store to record stuff onto my PC, works okay although you have to let it play out. No click and drag way to do it I think. Mine cost €50 but you might want to invest in maybe €65 or €70 cause although mine works fine, the audio and visual start to seperate after around half an hour.

There is NO easy way to do this, handiest is just copy everything with a DVD recorder. Best is by removing HDD from old box and HDD from new box and using a program called Copy+ to move stuff to the new HDD.
