Netbook security?

    i recently purchased one of thoose mini laptops for my daughter and also bought norton security for my own laptop,the disc does upto 3 computers in the 1 house,i know how to put the security onto my own laptop,but dont know how to put it on my daughters as there is no place to put the disc into,any help would be much appreciated

    The Netbook edition of NIS comes on a USB Flash drive instead of a disc :p

    You should be able to download the software from the norton site.

    edit: Here is the file http://download.cnet.com/Norton-Internet-Security-2010/3000-18510_4-10592551.html once its installed just type in the serial key from the box and it will become the full version.

    You could share the CD drive on your computer over your home network and browse to it from your daughters laptop and run the install.
