Hi can someone tell me if I am reading this right?

My child was sick over night, very upsetting night for us all high temp and other symptoms, I decided I needed to take her to the doc's (which ended up in being taking her to temple st) in the am, should have been in work, phoned at the earliest convenience. (9.30 am when district coach was in work) to advise I would't be in....

Now my Area manager claims that I am not entitled to Force Majeur leave.... from what I read online I AM entitled to it... I have no other family other than my inlaws in Ireland, my child was badly distressed so I needed to be with her... at doctors and hospital

Am I wrong, am I not entitled to 3 days of this type of leave in a 12 month period, and no more than 5 in a 36 month period????
