    im new to all this. basicallt all i want to do is build up a lot of muscle in my arms and hands. currently there just bone. what should i be doing

    sure thats the only part of the body people would see (ie girls) out in public like when wearing t shirts etc. couldnt be bothered with the six pack etc.

    I'm sure the females of Ireland will be extremely grateful

    edit: eat more food and start lifting weights is always a good starting point
