Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

The Ryan & Murphy reports. We all knew that the clergy were up to no good, but the scale and the cover ups were fairly inconcievable to the nation until the reports were published.

Although I wasn't his biggest fan, the death of Michael Jackson. He was such a well known star it was difficult to believe that he was gone.

Huge shock for me though was the death of Stephen Gately. I had been a huge Boyzone fan - and I was gutted (still am) that he had passed. That coupled with the fact he was so young and healtly

OPrah retiring was a complete shock.........

    Jade Goody dying
    Michael Jackson dying
    Patrick Swayze dying
    Stephen Gately dying

There's been quite a few notable deaths this year :/

I was more shocked by how the press hyped up these people's deaths, with the exception of Michael Jackson. With no disrespect intended, I hadn't even heard of Stephen Gately until he died, and nor did most people I know.
