cost of cancelling upc bb?

How much does it cost to cancel upc bb or say their triple play package if ye had that? is it whats left in your contract or is there a flat fee? Is it possible to transfer the contract to someone else without incurring a fee? As in if u were renting a place and got it in but moved out before the contract was up.

It is a flat fee of 100e unfortuantly you wont be able to change the name on the account but you can transfer the service from one address to another.
