So the mardyke is recovering from watery madness and won;t be back up and running for quite the while, so I have 2 questions:

    1. does anyone know of any deals for short term gym membereship in Cork?

    2. I'm going skiing soon and was supposed to be doing squats and deadlifts to get my legs ready for the onslaught (they're usually in my routinie but this time of year they have a particular focus). So anyone got any advice for gymless leg training. So far I've got up hill cycling, body weight squats (gets real boring thtough) and weighted lunges. Any other suggestions?

Weighted power lunges, squats jumps, Bulgarian split squats (use a chair), burpees, fit ball hamstring curls, step calf raise, mountain climber, walking lunges, sissy squats.

You can use leisure world in btown for free, you must get a voucher from students union first.
