Hi Folks,

I've got a double room in a large four-bed appartment on Mount Merrion Avenue up for grabs, from January 1st. Microwave, NTL, dishwasher, washer/dryer, rent is €383 which includes heating. Right along the Stillorgan dual-carriageway. The place is not owner occupied, males or females welcome and the prospective tennant would be living with three professional males.
