    I have 2007 excel loaded on my laptop with Vista but i am more familiar with 2003 version.Can I down load 2003 from one on the micrsoft download sites ?

    nope - as in no downloading prior version. If you want the classic view that badly it looks like you have to pay for it...

    I knew most shortcuts for excel 2003 and it took me about 9 months to get used to 2007. It was worth sticking with it as it is much easier to understand

    When I used this first it took me 20 mins to figure out how to print :o

    Prefer it now :D

    Most companies are still using 2003.I'll have buy it and also learn 2007.

    it may take sometime to get around the new Office 2007 but it's a good system. i was struggling a bit when i first started using it but now never look back again to the older version.

    if you require the files in older format i.e. 2000-2003 you still have the option to save the files in these formats using the Office 2007. there's no need to buy the older version.

    You're better off staying with the 2007 version, microsoft are releasing office 2010 which is going to be along the same lines as 2007 version.

    they took allot of stick for changing the shortcuts by many of the power users . Took awhile to get used of 2007, hope 2010 isnt another big change.
