    Hi all,

    Just thought i'd ask if anyone on here has a similar experience, and would like to know how they fared out.

    Background:

    Got caught with weed 3 yrs ago, appeared in court, got the probation act.

    July 09, @ life festival! The best wkend of the summer, beautiful day, well pissed!! I noticed there were 3 people chatting to my mate, i was thinkin nice one, randomers, i'll go over and have a buzz with these too. Unfortunately these 3 people, were DS. As soon as i got there i knew they were gards, basically, ****e meself as ya do. Anyways, long story short i handed over about a 1/4(6g) of resin.

    I asked the gards ya know whats the story, i was in trouble before, will there be a big problem over this, she nah, its only small u'll be grand. I was like sound, forgot all about it.

    Got a summons in the door today....sickened!

    Look spare me the banter about "i broke the law, deserve everything i get"...which i do. Its that i dont feel smoking a bit of dope at a festival should have such an adverse effect on my ambitions to travel the world.

    Which is why i ask, anyone had anything like this happen to them and be able to travel afterwards??

    Repeat behaviour is less like to get the Probation Act. You really do need a solicitor.

    why dont you look up the work of robert menard on youtube, he can put it easy in your mind, he also has a great book called letters to authoritys. you are a man, all acts and statutes are directed at the person. are you a legaly created entity or a man
