    Not sure were to ask but im intrested in doing some Yoga just to losen up and become more felixable, any one no anywere that do men classes on the north side or something similar

    not sure where you might get men only classes but I do Yoga here...http://www.spirityogadublin.com/ and the classes are superb.
    This teacher does classes in a few Northside locations and I can highly recommend them. :)

    Plenty of yoga here.
    Dunno about mens only classes though.

    I used to do the ashtanga there in the morning.
    You start anytime between 6:30 and 9.
    Great for flexibility and core strength. (fukkin tough,though)
    You'll be able to wrap rings around yourself.

    Hatha yoga is brilliant if you've never tried yoga before,there are some really good classes on youtube too if you want to try it before going to a class.:o
