    Good Afternoon All,

Before I get the ball rolling on building a house. I wish to transfer a site which is in my mothers name. So before I go to my solicitor, what exactly do I need to do from start to finish.

    Thanks in advance

And she needs to bring a map marked by an engineer showing the site and the area certified thereon, and a valuation of the site. The rest the solicitor can take from there.

might be a good idea to look into claiming your god given sovereignty to put claim to what is your families land and home. a lawyor has swore an oath to the bar remember he can only do so much . but a sovereign does not ask permission for anything, he just does it. in law to register something means to sign over ownership, why do people sign over there kids? there homes ?there cars?. doesnt make sense to me. why do you think people get THERE cars taken away for not paying a tax?if your oard tax is say 400 euro and your car is worth 20,00euro how can they lawfully take your car? how can they say that is fair ? what if you need the car to take your kid to the next town to school?or get to work?why is there no give to make sure they are not getting in the way of peoples struggle to survive? are you the owner of the car ?or the holder of the vehicle? is it your family home ? or are you the registed resident? strange oul system alright but we are just so used to not asking, we just get a lawyor and he then gets the paperwork set up for you to register. do they not know there is another way, maybe not but they are only as good as the knowledge they have , from a certain society.there legal system seems to be set up with deceit in mind , corret me if im wrong but im sure the maxim states "let they who be deceived be deceived"( this is not legal advice i am not a member of the bar, british acredited registry.) thats why the courts dont use the irish sovereign seal or harp, there harp has 13 strings not 12 like its suposed to, all government corporate entitys have diff amount of strings . (passport, drivers lecense ,birth cert) i wonder how many lawyors know that? no act or statute has more power than a flesh and blood man> thats what ive learned through reading books. get a set of law dictionarys and go over the motor vehicle act and then do the same with an english dictionary. it reads very diff. i wisjh you all the best in your journey, peace
