Can a moustache be evil?

Those were the strong words Pighead used the weekend before last as he stormed out of the house leaving Miss Piggy wondering if Jedwards harsh exit from the popular reality singing competition had finally sent her beloved over the edge.

Walked down to Bombers house, cans of Harp in hand, and looked forward to a frank and lively debate which didn't involve such rubbish questions as "Does Stacey look more like a horse or a Llama?" or "Is Louis Walsh actually retarded?"

So Bomber opens the door and immediately Pighead notices that his face is different. He looked more evil or something. Stared at him for ages trying to work out what it was until finally after five minutes of silence Bomber says "It's a moustache Pighead. I've grown it for Movember to highlight men’s health issues, specifically prostate cancer."

It was indeed a moustache and a mighty fine one it was too. Pighead had always admired men who wore moustaches as it showed that they were brave brave souls who didn't care that they looked ridiculously stupid and often got bits of food and snot stuck between their bits of face hair.

This was no ordinary run of the mill moustache though. It was Hitleresque in style and was totally free from bits of food and snot. It gave off an air of evilness and if truth be told Pighead was a touch unnerved.

Jokingly told him he should keep the tache and wear it into work on Tuesday. He laughed and said he would probably get fired from work. We guffawed chortled and sniggered and then all of a sudden we stopped. Then we looked at each other in mutual recognition and we both knew that our deep and philosophical conversation was about to begin.

So can a moustache be considered offensive or evil? Sure Adolf Hitler was a bit of a bad egg but would his moustache also be considered evil? A ridiculous question one would think but there are plenty of people out there who would be offended when confronted by a narrow moustache that doesn't go the whole way across the top lip. Would Bombers boss have had solid ground to ensure he got rid of the offending moustache?

Hitlers tache was all that was evil about him. He struggled with the hairy patch for years trying to oppress it's evil control over him. Hitler was just an ordinary kid prancing in the Austrian hills with a sweet young girl who grew up to be a Nun and nanny to a loving Von Trappe family.

But alas as Hiter got older, like so many peers he thought a mustache would look dignified. However Hitler, much like yourself dear pig was unable to grow a mustache so he decided to buy an upper lip wig from a roaming transylvanian mustache merchant. This was the day poor Adolfs life changed.

The mustache was an enchanted mustache, a mustache most foul. As Adolf applied the face glue and carefully centralised his new found manliness he felt a sudden chill and as you all know... the rest is history. Even eventually leading to him having his henchmen hunt down his beloved childhood sweetheart Maria!

It actually makes him look kind of gormless and gentle which would suggest that it isn't the actual moustache that is evil but the man or woman who wears it. Hmmmm interesting. Just Hitler taches. As far as Pighead is aware all other forms of taches are filed under the categories marked "Ridiculous" or "Gay". It's only the Hitler one that is evil Santa Claus has made the beard forever a symbol of jolliness and kindness and despite Saddam's best efforts that ain't changing anytime soon..

Neither moustaches or goatees make you more evil I've tried growing both and as far as I could tell I was no more evil than normal. I don't know, maybe I'm as evil as I can get. It's very disappointing, I was hoping to come up with some new truly diabolical plans but I've received no inspiration from my face rug.

Hitler was a nice guy when he was younger,by all accounts,helping old ladies across the road,volunteering with the local kids soccer team ,even
working for a while as a chugger (but the pay wasn't that good) and then he grew THAT moustache and the rest ,as we know, is history.

Poppycock of the highest order. How on Gods green earth does it take balls to grow a moustache shaved at the edges, except for three to five centimetres above the centre of the lip.
