I'm looking for a mini projector that can accept memory card or usb stick.

i.e. - a few hundred photos on a memory card - connect direct to a projector, without the a computer connected to it - and the projector merely display the photos - slideshow - in a constant loop.

    An recommendations?

Seen an Aiptek A10 , takes a memory card , reasonably cheep but 10 lumens....
Or the BenQ Joybee which I have not seen in action but looks very cool. It even had an I-phone/pod dock port !

Excellent stuff akaSol - both products look good - thanks for the response.

Any suggestion of where to purchase in Ireland or recommended + good on-line retailer?

Any where that's deals with more than one suppler and not adverse to ordering the stuff in.
Not "Chain stores" like DSG, HARVEY's etc.

(I have issues with buying electrical stuff on-line with no direct service support.)

Just as a cheap alternative, there was a mini projector in TK Maxx in Blanch today for €70, hook a silvercrest dvd player [€45] or the like up to it with a card reader built in. Couldn't vouch for the quality of it though.

Here you can purchase the Pocket Cinema D10 in Dundrum SC,

I have one of them, its a cool projector. In a dark room I get about a 50" image. Has an SD Card Slot and 1GB internal memory. Also an AV input and audio output. 100min battery life.
