I just turned on my laptop this morning to find that that my keyboard is completely messed up. My letters "u,i,o,p,j,k,l,m" are all giving different symbols when pressed...?

Is this malware..? I ran malwarebytes anti-malware's quick scan and nothing malicious was found.

I also have the latest version of the free avast software..

Can anyone help me please because I need to write up a stack of reports over the next week..( Im using the pc at home now as typing this with my laptop would be next to impossible.)

    Thanks

As it's a laptop, I'd guess you've NUMLOCK turned on???
