    Hi Guys,

Does anyone know where I could attend turbo sessions, do cycling clubs organise these for their members, hoping to join a club soon but haven’t been out on the bike due to work commitments for a few months still keeping fit going to the gym etc, haven’t time for a 3 hour plus spin. Obviously I will pay and join a club if I need too.

    Thanks

I've never heard of a club organising such a thing. If you're going to go to the trouble to get your gear together and head off to meet people then why wouldn't you just go for a ride? Turbo training is a grim solitary pursuit.

There was a Dublin club last year that organised spinning classes in a gym, can't recall which one though.

Some members of Swords CC are proposing to have a group turbo session once a week in in Skerries community centre, starting in January. No evening decided upon yet. Should be a bit of craic and take the montony out of turbo training.
