It was a rather flash looking website, with a large heading saying something like:

We hope you are happy..

...we are, we are run by a bunch of half-arsed muppets, we are run by a weed smoker and a coffee shop owner, if you want to use our service we hope you're happy to receive the product way after expected, and enjoy being ignored when you email or phone us.. the web designer sometimes can't be bothered to get dressed... etc etc
