    Terrible shame, it only went to the poorest students.
    Support under the Millennium Partnership Fund is being withdrawn saving €2m.

    I only got a letter a few days ago saying there is a delay and decisions will be made by the 19th on if I got it or not. So does this mean Its scrapped completely starting from now?

    I'm really disappointed this is gone, it really helped with travel expenses and stuff

    This fund has only ceased under name.

    The local Social Inclusion Programme is being reallocated the resources that used to come under this title (only a lot less)

    In Tallaght it used to come under the title of "Tallaght Partnership Fund", whereas now it is called "Dodder Valley Partnership Fund".

    You have to come from an area with substantial affordable housing or council estates in the same postcode.

    There are delays every year up until Christmas week because the county councils have to confirm all applicants are County Council grant holders.

    Anyway the deadline closes in October every year, and as far as I know they don't accept late applications
