where to buy and insure Impreza?

    Hey im 22, have a full licence with 3 NCB, looking to an impreza (budget about 4k), anyone know what their like on petrol? maintaince? etcc also where would u find a nice example? Iv been lookin around and I have to say, some are complete buckets with mad price tags!
    the other tricky part im havin is finding insurance companies willing to quote me even though im 23 next month!

    any advice would be grateful

    Have a look on isdc.ie
    I have owned 4 in my day, and can be quiet costly to run, I averaged 20-25 mpg from the sti . Used to have it serviced every 3k so yeah quiet expensive to run, but will service you well once looked after. I loved that flat 4 sound :D its hard to beat (IMO)Insurance wise shop around and Perpare to bend over !!!

    Well so far I havent got a quote yet as 2 companies said I need to be over 25 to be insured?!
    Which would be more affordable to run, sti or wrx? I like the look of the sti!
    my budget is 4k, and I aint findin it easy to fine a well kept example. I'll check out that site u said, hopefully I'll find somethin!
    I was thinkin about goin up north to get one but not sure If would work out all that much cheaper when u add up VRT etc
