In the proper "Deal or No Deal", there are 22 boxes...
In the Irish version, there are 26 boxes...

    Why ?

Because it's run by a frikken magician. He can drive blindfolded down mountains, surely switching a few boxes isn't beyond him.

    Er:
To make it harder to win big money:eek:

+should mean less of the filling time mumbling like Noel does

    but mostly
To make it harder to win big money

Whats the largest prize on the paddy one?

in my opinion...the irish verison is pure DRY....its good the way they only have to pick 1 box each round near the end

Because the host doesn't have the charisma to fill the rest of the time slot himself.

Also, the "proper" original Dutch version had 26 boxes.

How the f*ck can a game that requires no talent or skill whatsover get harder???

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

In retrospect, my question was badly phrased. But you know what I mean!

    No I dont

More small boxes means chance of having a big box, means can offer less
means less chance of winning big

WHICH means harder to win big money
    WHICH means harder:confused:?

*Game requires nerve and a willingness to lose if needs be

Most people who go on it never seem to have either
    probably picked because of this???

THe chances of winning are lengthened yes, but the actuall difficulty level is still the same.

Holy ****! The Dutch one offers
...the other player a chance to win from €0.01 to €5,000,000
