    Hello all,

I am doing law but have missed the last week of lectures and was wondering if you gents could help me out :)

We're currently reviewing the Zaponne case and I am a bit behind. I know the basic details from googling new sites but I am wondering if someone can give me a brief insight into the case, why it was important and the reasons for its ruling?

    Thanks all!

There's plenty of information on http://www.kalcase.org/case.htm but bear in mind it is from the perspective of Zappone and Gilligan. You can download the judgment from the website too.

First off it's Zappone with two "p"s and one "n". After that crucial detail the best way to find out info is to read the case. Dunne J explains its importance very comprehensively.
