My little brother has started a small arts and crafts business selling bits and pieces around the place. One of the things he has made for Christmas is a wicker basket with Holly, wickar and few other plants on it. He has gotten 5 orders in America for the basket (Multinational company!!), however, i'm unsure about the holly that is on the basket and if that will be stopped entry into America? It doesnt have any berries on it but i suppose it is a plant? and there are a few flowers in the presentation also. Anyone know the rules for exporting such items to america or anyone I could contact? I tried Dept of Ag in Ireland but they havent got back to me
