    • Does anyone know how long it takes from submission of application to approval / payment?
    • Is payment backdated to the date of submission of application?

Can anyone tell me please, if the dole is €204.30, then what would it be if two children were also claimed for -

I am legally separated from ex who is on dole but he has been advised he should claim for the two kids and he has agreed that if he gets it then he will use this as the only maintenance he is prepared to pay towards the kids who live with me.

    thanks

*** sorry - meant to start new thread

Sorry for jumping in here too but hoping someone here could answer my question.

With the change in the budget raising the FIS income limits by €6 per child, will this have an effect on all current recipients (meaning a raise??) or does it just apply for new applicants from January?

    Thanks in advance :)
