Yoga Classes - Dundalk / Newry

    Does anyone now if there are any male yoga classes in the dundalk / newry area??

    Jesus are things that bad.... first it was the alcohol... then it was the shopping... now it's exercise classes???

    I assume neither of you two are a member of any gyms in either Dundalk or Newry?

    I am sure there are classes being done locally outside of gyms in community halls or in physio clinics but I cannot personally recommend any to you.

    What I would do is pick up the local paper in both places as I believe I read an advert for a yoga class recently.

    Out of interest where is your preferred location?

    I'd prefer Dundalk as it's local but willing to go to Newry.

    There would obviously be classes in the gyms be it JJB, Felda or Aura. I think in JJB a non member can pay to go to a yoga class. Worth popping in and asking.

    How good any of the classes may or may not be is another matter.
