    Hi Guys
I am currently fitting my own kitchen and it just so happens there is a double socket which will be hidden by a new eye level built in oven. Can this socket take the heat or what should I do?
    Regards

I'd imagine it would be fine. A suitable rated joint box and blank faceplate could be fitted if you feel the need.

Would you not move it, so your not down a socket?
