How many Supplements are you taking daily?

    Just realized that I am now taking about 9 total, 6 of which are daily. (I'm including vitamins too)

    Thank God I don't drink, or I'd be completely broke!

    is that 9 tablets or nine different supplements?

    I'm taking whey protein, creatine, fish oils, mulit-vitamin (Animal Pak), ZMA, Glucosmaine, Chondritin, BCAAs, H&B Udo's Oil equivalent.

    so that's 9 for me too

    Um...whey, vit d, multi vit, zinc and mag, sometimes acidophilus. Only got the whey and Zm today. vitamins were suggested after being sick so long. Usually need a vitamin B supp around this time of year but seem to be holding together ok so far.

    whey & bcaa's mainly.need to get a good stock of multi-vitamins again.
    fish oils are highly recommended?

    I take the following daily. Whey, Creatine, L-Glutamine, BCAA's, Multi Vit, Fish oils & Glucosamine & Chondritin mix. I also take Echinacea throughout the winter months (Oct-Mar)

    So normally 7 for me. 8 through the winter.

    Solgar Multi Vits, Vitamin D, B-Complex, Omega 3, Creatine, and Cherryactive (sometimes).

    Usually have zinc too, but haven't had it lately.

    Hi There

    Not for me personally, as I count the calories supplied by the Whey in my total daily calorie intake.

    I am currently trying to gain a little lean weight, so I am on a small calorie surplus. So any weight I gain will be as a result of my calorie surplus and not just because I take Whey.

    Multi Vit. Fish oils and..........thats it.

    Every now and then if I'm not heading straight home from the gym I'll grab a Weider Whey on the way out, lovely stuff :D

    Other than, nothing, I just shovel the food in :P

    if there was only one supplement you could affort to take my number 1 would be fish oils and about 5g per day.

    i take on a daily basis - fish oil, glucosamine. 3-4 times a week i take a Vit. D supp abd general overall vitamen supplment. I occasionally take acidophilous. Fish oile and glucosamine are ones i always make sure i take.

    Since 1st sept I take, Glucosamine & Chondriotin twice a day, Multivitamin, Vit C, Cod Liver Oil and Ginseng once a day.

    who finds zma any good or has noticed a difference in their gains since using it?...im on and off it the whole time it gives me bad spots!!:eek:
