Satellite Installation

    Hi all,
Just a quick question regarding setting up a satellite system in my house.
I've just bought the House and the previous owner has left her Sky Dish up but taken her Digibox.

There is no TV Ariel (RTE, TV3) and it appears that the Cable from the Satellite LNB is fed straight into the TV points cable (in the attic) which feeds One bedroom and the Living room.

My question is can I put a regular TV Ariel (VHF/UHF) in the attic and use a Diplexer to combine the TV & Sat signals into the single cable feeding the tv points.
I then want to use a Diplexer in the Bedroom to split off the TV signal for a small TV and then,
I want to use a Diplexer in the Living Room to split the feed into TV signal (to feed the TV) and Sat signal (to feed a Decoder box)

Here's a diagram of the setup that I'm proposing

So my main question is if this will work or any suggestions on how to achieve what I'm after.

    Thanks

Afraid this will only work for one point although there are combiners that can take two or 4 feeds but you must run additional cables from the dish using a quad or twin output lnb.

    Thanks,
So if I run it like this to the Living Room and leave the Bedroom connection out then it should work?
I can always feed a seperate cable to the Bedroom TV for VHF/UHF
