What happens if circumstances change during a CE scheme

A friend of mine is on CE scheme which he started in September for a year. He is extremely stressed as he has just received an inheritance and thinks he'll be fired off the scheme because his means are too high. Is this true? My thoughts were that they couldn't fire him because he signed a contract..

Change in personal circumstances will not affect the person who is participating on CE. The person cannot be sacked providing the sponsoring organisation continues to participate in the scheme.

However, when their CE scheme ceases 1 year if under age 35 and 2 years over 35 yrs - if in receipt of allowance the inheritance will become relevant - depending on the amount of inheritance.
