    Hi,

I am from ballincollig (county cork). Just wondering if somebody know about Ultimate Woman fitness programme ( 30 minutes)? How is it? Do you really lose weight through that programme ?

are you doing 30mins of excersise a day now?

if not and you have a balanced diet doing 30mins of any excersise a day will more than likely help you lose weight

I have fitness bike at home, which I do daily for 15 minutes. But now I was thinking to join Ultimate Woman center. It should be done 3 times a week for 30 mins.

I also have a balanced diet.

Do you think will it bring to lose weight ?

what are your goals OP? e.g. lose a stone in x period of time etc? what is your current diet, post it up if you want to get the folks here to offer constructive comments?
im sure ultimate woman works .. 30 minutes exercise is great if it is done properly and includes some resistance exercise and intense cardio ... one thing though, 30 minutes 3 times a week = 90 mins, yeah its a start but dont expect miracles with 90 minutes, but you will get results if your DIET is good :D

Hi thanks for reply. I am 28 years old mother of 2 children. I gained lot of weight for last few years.

My height is 155 cm ( 5, 1 ) and weight is 66 kg. My weight 8 years before was about 48 kg. So my goal now is to have at least 55 kg, in 6 months maybe ..!?

My diet is at the moment not very good. I take only 2 fruits a day. And I east once a week rice. I do not eat sweets or chocolates.
I try to eat every meal without any oil or fat. I do not eat cheese, biscuits or cakes.

One thing that I have to do is, to drink more water. I usually drink about 1 liter a day.

What do you thing - is it going to help, or should I make my diet more better.

I have joined today in Ultimate woman gym. It is was not bad, as I took 2 rounds and it helped my muscles to work.

    regards

hi, you should lose that much weight no probs in six months .. but diet needs to be pretty good most of the time. can you post up a typical diet for a full day? 2 pieces of fruit a day and eating rice once a week is ok IMO ...

might help for a month but will most likely have to move on to proper training after this time to continue to make progress

Maybe you should make a log. I have found its a good source of motivation, and you can always get help from other posters

i hope so, i could lose in 6 months. My full day diet is like that:

Morning: I take 2 breads with black tea ( half teaspoon sugar)

Mid time: 1 apple and 1 banana

Lunch: spinet, red meat in sauce (and) with bread. (I cook sauces at home without oil )

dinner: Muesli with Milk (sometimes only coffee with one bread )

Drinks: I only drink still water whole day. about 1 - 2 liters

Sports: (increased) 30 minutes home bike. (spinning)

Going to Fitness ( ultimate) 3 times a week.

:o hope to see some results next days, !

simple point really - you will NEVER get in the shape you want with all that bread in your diet.

A marathon runner would not eat as much bread - cut it back big time

bread is still bread and each slice is going you 10-15mins of exercise - so yes ditch the bread and have 1-2 ryvita with oats and sunflower/pumpkin seeds only (the others are digested too quickly) or have oatcakes instead.

Again NOT 5-6 of them per day just a few

Also in the evening just have an omelette with 3-4 eggs and veg e.g. http://eating.health.com/2009/05/18/bethenny-frankel-easy-frittata/

or a light chicken salad with plenty of olive oil and balsamic - trust me is not cooking without oil that is your problem with the diet

Why put in all the hard work if you are chomping down too many carbs

with bread the problem is there are lots of calories for very little amounts.

Its really easy to have 3-4 slices of bread and still feel hungry

A terrible fat loss food especially for those looking to lose a significant amount of fat

" try to eat every meal without any oil or fat"

I didn't actually lose weight until I started deliberately eating a lot of oil (flaxseed and fish oils). Some people just won't lose weight on a carb-heavy diet. I highly recommend Neil McTeggart's diet plan:
