    Hi,

I'm looking to start some form of martial art to keep fit and that works on upper body strength.

I'm in my thirties and a total beginner, i'm not sure where to look or what form of martial arts to start with.

Any ideas in the Galway area?

    Regards.

hey rafo - I teach Mixed Martial Arts, the club website is www.PointBlankGym.ie

MMA is a great way to build functional strength and get fit, though our beginner classes assume no fitness and no experience so you would have no problem getting involved.
You can mail me on info [at] PointBlankGym [dot] ie or give me a ring -

if you need any more information.
