    Hi all,

possibly a silly question but are the 72-pin connectors for the NES region-specific? I'm looking for a couple for two PAL NES systems. I've heard you can ground one of the pins to remove region locking but not looking to do that and just want to make it as simple as possible!

Yes their region specific, there is however a converter available to make it region free, you can click it on the game cassettes. The easiest way is to just snip the pin on the chip your talking about, i did this myself in the early 90's when i was 11 years old, and is very easy.
