Percana Job Interviews

Just wondering has anybody had any experience with Percana job interviews. I went through their process and found it both bizarre and pointless.

Firstly I did a telephone interview and was told I hear from them in a week but it was more like 3 weeks. I did a technical test after that, which was really over the top by being too long and on paper when you really would need a computer to do it at any speed. Again meant to hear within a week but I think it was 4 this time. Did the interview which I am quite willing to say didn't go well. Again meant to hear within a week but it was apparently 2 but the agent only told me when I rang.

Apparently their were 6 jobs and they were to start immediately but that was at least 3 months ago. They seem to have gone to more agents now and I am being asked by them. The original agent says they never hired anybody and they found very few people made it to the final interview.

If I hadn't gone through their process I would think they were just CV harvesting. Not bothered about the job just find it strange but it could easily be agents not being brutally honest.

just wanted to get more information on percana interview. can u pl let me know for which role you had an interview. was it too technical? how many rounds do they have? wat is your opinion in succeeding this interview with percana? i've applied for a job and i might have an interview soon. please help me by providing information u know abt the interview with them at the earliest.

What type of questions did they ask you in the technical test.
Where they programming related questions or where they more general IT questions?
