Faults during test

I'm a while from the test yet (can't sit it until April) but I'm trying to get into good habits. I see people mention Grade One/Two/Three faults in the test threads.

I would imagine not stopping at a Stop sign would be a straightforward fail, along with continued failure to make progress and dangerous driving. Is there a list online of what the main faults are and which grade they are?

This is public domain; only scanning my own results cos i cant find the book. Don't ask me how I managed to fail the checks :(

Running a stop sign would certainly be a Grade 3; this doesnt explain them but gives context. Basically if you get 4 in a row in any one thing you get the grade 3, or fail. Same if you get 4 in any one blue section of 6-10 items.

    My bad it's
Failure arises where you incur any of the following:-
1 or more Grade 3 faults,
4 of the same Grade 2 faults for a single aspect,
6 or more Grade 2 faults under the same heading, or a total of
9 or more Grade 2 faults overall.
