Astra/Sky alignment

My satellite system failed last week so to check the receiver I hooked it up to a neighbours Sky system. My system is tuned to Astra but the reciever picked up all the channels on the sky system. This puts to mind that the LNB must be at fault.
My question is when I replace the LNB is it possible to pick up the Sky satellite using a twin LNB without moving the dish or is it better to be satisfied with a single LNB and the Astra channels.

    Thanks Tony.
