Hi, I'm planning on geting either a ipod touch 64gb or a classic 160gb. However the touch is about 80e more, I'm going to get it from canada as my aunt lives there and she'll be coming over for christmas.
So... Is the touch worth the extra cash or should I just go with the classic, which has more memory as well, not that I'm ever likely to fill that much...?

Well, what do you want it for?

Listening to music;)... My current mp3 player doesn't even hold 1/4 of my music so rather than getting another, then an ipod in a year or 2 I figured it made more sense just to get one now.

i just went from a 80gb classic to a 64gb touch. (got my touch 2 days ago)

the touch is by far the best mp3 player to ever come out, the stuff you can do is endless. youtube, email, apps . etc etc etc.

    go for the touch.

The iPod Touch is essentially an iPhone without the phone functions - it runs the same apps, and is basically a computer in your pocket. I have mine doing calculus, graphing, and other maths stuff, as well as email, calendar, web, and games. It's a great MP3 player too, and solid state (no moving parts), compared to the 160GB iPod which has a (little) hard drive inside.

I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.
