iPod problem (Windows)

    I know this the Mac section, hope I can post this here.

    My iPod is showing up in Computer, but not iTunes?
    I ran diagnostics, everything passed?

    I reset, formatted, tried different USB ports, only had it about 6 months, didn't damage it in anyway!

    Is it charged? Sounds stupid, but I think if the battery is completely drained iTunes won't detect it but Windows will. Try leaving it charge in the USB port for half an hour.

    I know I'm going to have to bin it, I bought it in England and I don't purchase through iTunes so I have no support.

    Don't go binning it just yet :)

    Try rebooting Windows first,

    Then try everything here,
