SHOTS BEFORE GOING TO TANZANIA

    Hey a few friends and I are going to volunteer in Tanzania this summer and we were wondering what shots we need to get before we go and how much would they cost and if you can get them on the medical card etc... oh and does anyone know where to get cheap flights to Tanzania

    Fair play to you so long as this isn't one of those sponsored holiday type of things run by charities.

    hepatitis A and B, polio, typhoid fever, meningitis, rabies, tetanus, and yellow fever would be it but most importantly of all MALARIA!

    I thought this thread would be you saying you're getting locked drinking tequila before leaving for Tanzania tomorrow, and then talking about how you'll pretty much die on the journey because it takes ten years or something like that.... Dam

    Ryanair now fly to Tanzania, but in true ryanair fashion, they fly you to a 'nearby' airport, which in this case is Gatwick.
