Cannot get sky text via remote eye on HD box

Hi, I'm trying to get sky text on a HD box. When I do this directly in front of the HD box it works OK. When I try from bedrooms fed via rf out 2 with a remote eye all I get is the message "text please wait" and then nothing happens. When I try the same thing on my sky + box from the from the bedrooms the text comes up…

Hi,
I'm trying to get sky text on a HD box.

When I try from bedrooms fed via rf out 2 with a remote eye all I get is the message "text please wait" and then nothing happens.
When I try the same thing on my sky + box from the from the bedrooms the text comes up without problem.
The bedrooms are fed from the rf out 2 of both boxes into an spc4 combiner and then into a tvlink distribution box.

I'm wondering does this indicate a fualt with the HD box, the spc4 combiner or is it a known problem that other people have?

HD box is a samsung with new epg. Sky+ box is a pace.

This is a known bug with the new EPG. You have to leave the tv which is connected by HDMI in standby or else text or red button features are not available over RF.
