My friend who is 45 has joined a dating website, a man has asked to meet for a date. Any advice I could give her ? She has never done this before and I am a bit afraid for here. She is very naive but lonely.
I suggested to ask him to bring along his passport, check it and phone me with his details, for the record like. LOL:o

Public place, just the date, no bringing him home. No problems.

Just get to know him first!

It's just like meeting someone in a bar, take what they say with a grain of salt. But enjoy it.

There is NOTHING to be afraid of, the VAST majority of people on dating websites are NOT psycho's.

Also, tell her that if the first one doesn't work, then to keep trying. Frogs, princes and all that.
