    hi my old xbox broke a few weeks ago and i am going to get the xbox elite for xmas but was wondering can i transfer all my games info like saved games, and scores to the new hard drive on my new xbox.

    am in the same boat

    Microsoft will send you a free transfer cable if you register the two consoles and fill in a form thats on their webiste

    in the meantime I just out my old hard drive on to the elite

    Microsoft will send you a free cable if you call them, say you bought the hard drive without a cable from ebay :P

    However, since all the banning at the start of the month the transfer kit has been low on stock, surprisingly :rolleyes:
